Dawn Koogle is currently a student at Old Dominion University majoring in English literature as well as professional writing. She has spent two years working for a local newspaper as both a staff reporter and a copy editor. She also runs her own editing business out of her home which has helped her gain insight into the many facets of the writing business. Over the past several years, her writing portfolio has expanded to include feature stories, obituaries, resumes, cover letters, short stories and press releases for non-profit organizations. Most recently, she has started work on a children's book and is very excited to complete the project.
